Invoice and Financial Data: Invoice numbers, item descriptions, prices, quantities, tax rates, discounts, shipping charges, payment methods, currency preferences, and invoice totals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Signature Data<\/strong>: Digital signatures you create or upload within the Service for use on invoices. Authentication Data: Login credentials, Google account information (when using Google Sign-In), and Apple account information (when using Sign In with Apple). We do not store your passwords directly; authentication is handled securely through Firebase Authentication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voice and Prompt Data:<\/strong> When you use the AI-powered voice invoice creation feature, the voice input is converted to text on your device. The resulting text prompt (containing details such as client name, product descriptions, quantities, and prices) is sent to the Google Gemini API for the sole purpose of structuring the data into an invoice format. We do not store, retain, or use your voice recordings or text prompts for any purpose beyond the immediate invoice generation request. Technical Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, time zone setting, device identifiers, and general location data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Usage Data<\/strong>: Information about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, session duration, crash logs, and performance data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. How We Use Your Data<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We use your personal data only for the following purposes: To provide and maintain the Service, including generating, storing, and managing your invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To create and manage your user account and authenticate your identity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To process your voice and text prompts through Google Gemini API solely for structuring invoice data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To send you transactional communications such as account verification, invoice confirmations, and service updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To improve the Service by analysing usage patterns, identifying bugs, and enhancing features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure the security of the Service and prevent fraud or misuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. AI-Powered Features and Data Processing<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Service includes an AI-powered voice invoice creation feature. Here is how it works and how your data is handled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you use the voice command feature, your voice is converted to text locally on your device using on-device speech recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The resulting text prompt, which may include client names, product details, quantities, and pricing information, is sent to Google Gemini API over an encrypted connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Google Gemini API processes the text solely to structure it into an invoice-compatible format and returns the structured data to your device. The actual invoice is generated entirely on your device. No invoice documents are created or stored on Google Gemini servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not store, log, or retain the text prompts sent to the Google Gemini API on our servers. The data is used in real-time and discarded after the structured response is returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Google Gemini API processes this data in accordance with Google&#8217;s Privacy Policy and data processing terms. Google does not use the data sent through the API to train its models when accessed through paid API services. We recommend that you avoid including sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for invoice creation when using the voice feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We share your data with the following third-party service providers, each of which is obligated to protect your data to a standard equal to or greater than ours:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Firebase (Google LLC): We use Firebase for authentication, cloud database (Firestore), analytics, and crash reporting. Your account data, invoice data, and client data are stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore. Firebase processes data in accordance with Google&#8217;s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Google Sign-In (Google LLC): If you choose to sign in with Google, your basic profile information (name and email) is shared with us by Google with your authorisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apple Sign-In (Apple Inc.): If you choose to sign in with Apple, your name and email (or a private relay email) are shared with us by Apple with your authorisation. Apple&#8217;s privacy practices are governed by Apple&#8217;s Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Google Gemini API (Google LLC): Text prompts from the voice invoice feature are sent to Gemini for processing as described in Section 5. No data is retained by Gemini after processing. Google Fonts: The Service may load fonts from Google Fonts, which may result in your IP address being shared with Google.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Data Storage and Retention<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your data is stored securely on Firebase Cloud Firestore servers, which are operated by Google and located in data centres that comply with industry-standard security certifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service to you. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Invoice data and client data that you create within the Service remain under your control. You can delete individual invoices and client records at any time from within the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.
